Graffiti 2 Privacy Policy
Summary
Graffiti 2 does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising and no online features. Everything happens on your headset.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information of any kind. Graffiti 2 does not ask for, read or store your name, email address, contacts, location, voice, your own images or files, or any identifier from your device or your Meta account.
2. Information stored on your device
The app saves a few settings locally on your headset in the standard application preferences: the last place you painted in, day or night on the street, and your music choice and volume. When you press the photo button, a picture of the wall you are facing is saved as an image in the Pictures/Graffiti2 folder on your headset. Your paintings, settings and photos never leave the device unless you choose to share a photo yourself. Uninstalling the app deletes the settings; saved photos stay in your headset gallery until you delete them.
3. How information is used
The locally stored settings are used only to restore your place and preferences the next time you play, and a photo is saved only when you press the photo button. It is not used for profiling, advertising or any other purpose.
4. Sharing
We do not share any data with anyone. No data is sent to Citiview Group, to Meta beyond what the Meta Quest platform itself handles under Meta's own privacy policy, or to any third party. The app makes no network connections of its own.
5. Retention
Your settings are retained on your headset until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app, and photos until you delete them. Because we never receive any data, we retain nothing.
6. Children
Graffiti 2 does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. There is no user-generated content, no chat and no online interaction.
7. Permissions
The app requests only the permissions the Meta Quest platform requires to run a virtual reality application (head and controller tracking). It does not request microphone, camera or location permissions, and photos are saved through the standard Android media store, which needs no extra permission. The build includes the standard internet permission that the Unity engine adds by default, but Graffiti 2 itself makes no network connections and sends no data anywhere. The app does not request or use eye tracking.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
